Nevada Commerce Bank works diligently to safeguard customer’s privacy. The information provided to us is kept in the strictest of confidence. We do not sell personal information about our customers to third-party businesses. We make this commitment to our customers, because their trust is the foundation of our business.

Recognition of a Customer’s Expectation of Privacy
Nevada Commerce Bank recognizes and respects the privacy expectations of customers. We have established policies and procedures to prevent misuse of customers’ nonpublic personal information.

Nonpublic Personal Information
Nonpublic personal information is personally identifiable financial information such as, information collected in connection with providing a financial product or service. Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available from public sources, such as telephone directories or government records.

Collection and Retention of Information
Nevada Commerce Bank collects and retains nonpublic personal information about customers only where the bank reasonably believes it is useful (and allowed by law) in administering the business and in providing products, services and other opportunities to the public.

Listed below are the types of customers who have a continuing relationship with us by purchasing or holding financial products or services such as:

· Deposit accounts
· Loan accounts
· Credit card accounts
· Safe deposit boxes

Disclosure of Consumer Information within Nevada Commerce Bank
Our employees, departments, business units, affiliates, etc. share nonpublic personal information about individual consumers only where the Bank reasonably believes it is useful (and allowed by law) in administering the Bank’s business and in providing products, services and other opportunities to its consumers.

Disclosure of Consumer Information to Nonaffiliated Third Parties
In some instances it is impractical for Nevada Commerce Bank not to disclose a consumer’s nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties. Nonpublic personal information may be disclosed to nonaffiliated third parties:

* To effect, administer or enforce a transaction that a customer requests or authorizes
* At the customer’s request
* To comply with a legal requirement such as a subpoena
* To help administer the bona fide business of the Bank.

Except as indicated above, Nevada Commerce Bank does not currently disclose nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties. Additionally, the Bank doe not have any future plans to change this policy on disclosing data. In the event the Bank does change this policy on disclosing data, the consumer will be notified and given a reasonable “opt out” whereupon that individual’s nonpublic personal data will not be disclosed.

Whenever Nevada Commerce Bank does provide specifically identifiable consumer information to a third-party, the Bank insists that the third-party, adhere to similar privacy and information security principles that provide for keeping such information confidential.

Limiting Employee Access to Information
Nevada Commerce Bank limits access to our customer’s confidential and private information to those employee’s with a legitimate business reason for knowing such information. The Bank will educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy. Employees will be appropriately disciplined for any failure to comply with these privacy and information security principles.

Protection of Information via Established Security Procedures
Nevada Commerce Bank has established security procedures regarding unauthorized access to customer information.

Disclosure of Privacy and Information Security Principles to Customers
Nevada Commerce Bank will make these privacy and information security principles available to our customers so that our customers can get a better understanding of our commitment to safeguarding our customer’s confidential and private information.

Electronic (Internet) Banking
Nevada Commerce Bank privacy and information security principles will apply to customer’s confidential and private information with regard to both traditional and nontraditional (i.e. Internet) banking activities. However, due to the unique nature of the Internet and the ease with which information can be exchanged, the Bank feels it is important for its customers to be aware of the unique issues surrounding Internet banking.

Nevada Commerce Bank collects generic information about visitors to our website. This information includes the date and time of access, the Internet service providers address, the web browser used and the visitor’s physical location.

Nevada Commerce Bank requires customers to utilize customer specific passwords to access a customer’s confidential and private information. The Bank reminds customers that it is their responsibility to safeguard their login identifications and passwords. Further, commercial customers should carefully screen those employees to whom user identifications and passwords are to be granted.

Nevada Commerce Bank utilizes encryption, firewall, router, third-party verification procedures and other security software and hardware to help prevent the unauthorized eavesdropping of and ace to customer’s confidential and private information.

Nevada Commerce Bank utilizes virus protection software to help prevent the spread of computer viruses.

Nevada Commerce Bank utilizes “cookies” to help authenticate our customer’s identify and to help facilitate the exchange of information between the Bank’s systems and our customer’s systems.

Nevada Commerce Bank discloses to all bank customers that links in the Bank’s website can be found to websites not under our control. These websites will not necessarily comply with the Bank’s privacy and information security principles and security standards.

Nevada Commerce Bank discloses to all bank customers that confidential and private information be compromised in both traditional and nontraditional banking activities. The Bank can only establish policies and procedures to help restrict the use and access to confidential and private information.

Nevada Commerce Bank customers that believe their confidential and private information has been compromised, are notified to contact the bank immediately so that the potential breach can be investigated.
